You do not need an account to track your order. Simply follow these steps:
- Locate Your Tracking Information: After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address used during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.
- Use the Tracking Number: Your tracking number is the key to monitoring your package. You can enter this number on the carrier's official website or use a universal tracking service (see below).
- Monitor the Status: Tracking information typically updates as the package moves through the carrier's network, showing statuses like "Label Created," "In Transit," "Out for Delivery," and "Delivered."
Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Universal Package Tracking
For your convenience, especially for international shipments, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking aggregator. These platforms can track packages from hundreds of carriers worldwide in one place.
We suggest using 17Track.
- How to use 17Track: Visit their website, paste your tracking number into the search bar, and click "Track." The site will automatically identify the carrier and display the latest status and route of your parcel.
- Benefits: 17Track supports numerous global and local carriers, provides multi-language updates, and often offers more detailed transit maps than individual carrier sites.
Other reputable services include AfterShip and PackageRadar.
What If My Tracking Isn't Updating?
Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier scanning procedures, especially during high-volume periods or international customs processing. If your tracking has not shown any movement for more than 5 business days after the "Label Created" status, please contact our support team for assistance.
